Terms of Service

Welcome to Dealerific. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dealerific.com, our daily email digest, and any related services we operate (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What we provide

Dealerific aggregates publicly available coupons, price drops, and product deals from retailers across the web and surfaces them on this site and in our optional daily email digest. We do not sell the products listed. The actual transaction is between you and the merchant.

2. No warranty on deal accuracy

Prices, coupon codes, availability, and merchant terms change without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any deal is currently active, that a coupon code will work, or that a price hasn't changed since publication. Always verify the final price at checkout on the merchant's site.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, the merchant may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

4. Your account & email subscription

You may subscribe to our email digest or lead-magnet sequences with a valid email address. You agree to provide an address you control and to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You may unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link in every email or by visiting your subscriber unsubscribe URL.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or copy substantial portions of the deal data programmatically
• Misuse coupon codes (e.g., redistributing them to fraudulently inflate clicks)
• Sign up other people's email addresses without their consent
• Attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Third-party merchants

The Service links to third-party merchant sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, promotions, return policies, or treatment of your data once you leave dealerific.com. Your purchase is governed entirely by the merchant's own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's editorial content, branding, layout, and software are owned by us or licensed to us. Product names, prices, and descriptions sourced from third-party feeds belong to their respective merchants. You're welcome to share individual deal pages on social media; please don't republish our editorial work without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost savings, missed deals, errors in coupon codes, or any dispute with a merchant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, which for free subscribers is $0.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the email digest or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, including by mass-scraping the site or signing up email addresses they don't control.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is domiciled.
